General
Yes — for most conditions, treatment quality depends on the physiotherapist's skill and the time spent with you, not the location. Home visits often allow longer, less rushed sessions, and let your physiotherapist see your actual environment, which can make treatment more relevant.
No referral is needed — you can book directly with us. That said, we're happy to liaise with your GP or consultant if that's useful for your care.

Booking & cost
Pricing depends on session length and location. We don't publish set prices online, but we'll give you clear pricing during your free consultation before any commitment is made.
Yes — the initial consultation is a free, no-obligation call to understand what's going on and confirm we're a good fit to help, before any paid session is booked.

Contact us as early as possible if you need to change a booked appointment.
During treatment
Your first session is a full assessment — we'll discuss your medical history, current concerns, and goals, then carry out a physical assessment before agreeing a treatment plan together. Sessions are typically longer than a standard clinic slot to allow time for this.
Usually not — your physiotherapist brings any equipment needed for assessment and treatment. For ongoing exercises, we'll suggest options that work with whatever you already have at home.
Yes, absolutely — many patients find it helpful to have a relative or carer present, especially to learn how to support exercises between visits.
Safety & credentials
Yes — our physiotherapist is HCPC registered and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). You can verify HCPC registration independently at hcpc-uk.org.
Yes — a valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check is in place, which is standard practice for anyone providing care in a patient's home.
